I am writing this to express my gratitude for the hard-work and dedication Defense Attorney Howard Dworman provided my brother Terry. Terry was involved in a very serious injury accident, due to an illness he did not realize it was as serious as it was. Terry was arrested for suspicion of driving while impaired. Terry was not impaired, but was suffering from a medical condition. He was charged with four felony charges and facing jail time. Howard took Terry’s case and showed his professionalism and dedication to Terry's case. Howard kept Terry informed of any new developments on his case. Howard knew Terry was an overly sensitive person and had a hard time staying focused. Terry would be extremely emotional and concerned for the outcome of his case, which would prevent him recalling the information Howard provided him. Howard made sure to involve me as I would remind Terry the information Howard told him. Howard never showed any frustration with Terry’s lack of retaining what was told to him and would repeatedly tell Terry the same thing. Howard made sure Terry understood what was being said to him until he felt Terry understood. Howard would also inform me, so I could help Terry retain the information given to him. No disrespect to Terry, but he was so concerned with his future he could not focus. Howard’s hard work and determination proved Terry was not impaired and was able to get the charges reduced to two misdemeanor charges and no jail time. I myself being a retired police officer of twenty years, had developed a certain outlook towards defense attorneys. Howard’s professionalism and dedication to show the facts of Terry’s case has given me a new outlook and respect for defense attorneys. I would like to thank Howard for the time and dedication he showed on Terry’s case. Howard made Terry and myself feel like family and truly had Terry’s best interest in getting the best representation of justice. Stephanie is incredible! We first met with her around Sept 2019 for an initial consultation. At the time, we were unsure if we wanted to move forward immediately, but wanted to know what options were on the table with our situation. She took the time to go through everything with us and was so genuine and easy to communicate with. Between September 2019 to February 2020 we also had a couple things come up that we wanted to run by her. It was easy to get ahold of her (she actually remembered us!) and she, again, took the time to talk with us and answer our questions.
