I hired John charland a ; spineless--weasel of an attorney . He left out crucial information about my case. I handed him a letter from (2) social security Drs. Who concluded that based on my injury - resulting from a vehicle accident . I couldn't perform my job responsibilities, as a social worker for the state of Az. The other attorney told him to go and tell my pain management Dr. who was waiting to go on the bench. not to mention anything about the letter, I had just handed him. He literally ran to inform my pain management Dr. who was unaware of the letter . Not to mention the social security letter. To anyone looking for an attorney that will fight for your case . "john charland" He's not the one. Honestly !!!

I called around from law office to law office for information about bankruptcy and happen to find Israel & Gerity. I spoke with Lisa, Mr. Gerity's assistant. Lisa is by far one of the most sweetest, most caring person ever! She is definitely fit for the position she's in. She was able to calm my anxiety and keep me at ease throughout the whole experience. She's great with following up and returning calls. Making sure paperwork is completed and turned in a timely manner. Mr. Gerity is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and is a well-respected attorney who cares about his clients and handles their cases well. Recently we turned to Michael Gerity to handle a complex deal as we finalized the sale of our business. We truly feel that Michael helped create a calm amidst the chaos of selling a business that gave us more of a sense of confidence. He was very good at explaining our points of exposure and how we might Michael walked us through the steps that we could expect and began working immediately on contracts put together contracts that covered uthe process itself and his recommendations for our situation.
