I tried to navigate my divorce on my own but found this was not a wise decision. Hiring James Wees was the best decision I made. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, pays attention to detail and fights for the best interest of his client. Divorce is miserable but I could not be more happy with the outcome of my divorce settlement. If you hire James (Jim) it will be your best decision.

Mr. Wees has represented me for many years now. I had a nasty divorce with multiple retirements and custody issues. I have a unique schedule. His guidance set me up financially with being able to afford a place to live and through the court process and his representation I now have 50% custody and alimony is over. I also have holidays on odd years. The splitting of the retirement, alimony amounts and property are all out of his hands. He held my ex accountable on the stand and she was caught in multiple lies.
