Really professional and they make you feel so comfortable.

I had a serious problem regarding my credit which I was into by Lexington Law. Thankfully I was led to Stone Law group which gave my wife and I information professionally and extremely efficiently by scheduling an appointment and being flexible with those times. The answers the Stone Law group gave me were answers I didn't want to hear but they were answers I NEEDED TO HEAR and those answers aren't in anyway a representation of the this company but the representation of a company who knows exactly what the hell they are talking about and knows how to professionally and bluntly tell you what you need to know. I just needed a simple answer to a question and they didn't charge me for that but they let me know that if I needed their services now or in the future that they would be willing to work with me. So I want to publicly thank you Stone Law group for saving me from a credit disaster and waking me up the fact that I was being robbed by Lexington Law

I was referred to Adam Tate by a friend for an insurance issue I was having with our small business. He was quick to respond, and very helpful. He was able to negotiate with the insurance company to reduce our financial responsibility. Adam has since been my go-to for business related legal issues, including a personal/business issue. He has always taken the time to listen and investigate. I never feel like I'm just a "client who pays the bills", I always feel like my issue matters, which is very important. Thanks Adam!

Professional and fast!

Disrespectful and doesnt care

We met with Shawn, and his communication is horrible. Rather you can help someone or not, your first impression when you say hi, shake hands, etc. let's us know if we want to work with you. We tried to explained our situation in entirety before he cut us off, he seemed to be in a hurry, and spoke way too fast without fully explaining what he meant as if we’re suppose to understand his profession. He couldn't help us but he referred us to another attorney who he said could help us better according to how they billed their clients. He came off like most attorneys do, in a hurry and no time for you even though our conversation lasted less than 10 minutes. We don't know if it's just businesses in Arizona, or if it's just these law firms but apparently customer service isn't important here. Paying someone else who only cares about how much you pay them to help us pay our debt down, not trusting our financial future in those kind of hands. We'll fix our situation ourselves.

I'm a "work in progress" with Stone Law Group as I'm on a wage earner plan, but I'd recommend these folks to anyone. I met with Atty. Stone on my first consultation, and he really simplified the process of preparing for a Chapter 13 BK. He even had me prepped for the questions the trustee was most likely to ask at the 341 (?) meeting and I was out of there in less than a minute. I still have a little under 4 years to go, but it's comforting to know I have a law firm like this behind me.
