Robert did not do a good job of helping me fully protect my ideas. He was very poor at communicating the patent process and how others can easily design around your patent. When going over this with him he just smiled and acted like it was no big deal and wished me better luck next time. Now there is little protection for my idea and this has left the door open for competitors to easily enter the market with similar products. Plus he does not do any litigation. If you just need a patent you could hire a patent agent for a lot less and get better service.
