Really felt comfortable after speaking with Mark. He had a sense of direction on how to handle the case. He gave tips and ideas. Spent the time to listen and figure out a solution to the issues. Hired Mark and regret it. On the positive he was very responsive, answered calls and emails quickly. On the negative he was completely ineffective for the breach of contract and faulty construction matter he was hired for. He didn't seem to know the proper laws concerning making a claim and suing a contractor in Arizona. Mark wrote a letter to the other party that was both inaccurate and embarrassing. He didn't properly advise on the law concerning the matter he was hired for . Overall very disappointing and would not recommend.
