I met with Jonathan Roeder regarding divorce paperwork. I came in very confused and had a lot of questions as it was my first time dealing with a divorce. He went through the paperwork with me and let me know how the filing process worked. Now I know exactly what to do. I did the free consultation with him and he was nice to not charge me for going over paperwork when there is usually a fee for paperwork. Thank you! Will definitely come here again if I need more services.

I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Roeder as he represented me in an Injunction Against Harassment hearing. He was able to make sense of my notes and log files, put the things that mattered in chronological order, and presented them to the judge in an easy to understand manner. The Judge quashed the IAH and gave me my freedom back. Looking back at how Jonathan organized everything it now makes so much sense. When I was preparing for myself I was confused and disoriented on what to say and when. What a relief to have people that know how to handle this type of thing. I got everything deserved. I had a more difficult scenario with a ex that is self employed, writes everything off and shows no income, makes a lot of money, yet wanted to pay nothing. They were able to confirm and verify his actual income, get monthly support and back pay to cover the years that he didn’t pay. He also won legal fees being covered. Job well done. I would definitely use him again when and if I need further legal assistance and would recommend them.
