Spoke with Mark at this firm after having concerns of a warranty breech of contract with my HVAC service company. I was hoping to learn what options I have to get the HVAC company to complete service on my unit that went out after only a few months leading us to live in a hotel with a toddler due to the house being 90-95* for the past week. Although we have chosen not to follow through with a lawsuit and use his firm at this time, the information he provided about the ROC complaint and potentially small claims court later, has been invaluable. 5 STAR Service! I found Mark and the Resolvere team in an effort to gather info about how to resolve an invalid 20-day Lien Notice from a contractor. Rather than hearing me out and offering services much like other firms, Mark was transparent. He informed me that while he could facilitate the matter, I was knowledgeable enough to handle it myself. He proceeded to guide my efforts by giving me a spiel on what statutes to cite and specific verbiage to utilize. I'd definitely recommend the Resolvere team.
