I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Roeder as he represented me in an Injunction Against Harassment hearing. He was able to make sense of my notes and log files, put the things that mattered in chronological order, and presented them to the judge in an easy to understand manner. The Judge quashed the IAH and gave me my freedom back. Looking back at how Jonathan organized everything it now makes so much sense. When I was preparing for myself I was confused and disoriented on what to say and when. What a relief to have people that know how to handle this type of thing. I got everything deserved. I had a more difficult scenario with a ex that is self employed, writes everything off and shows no income, makes a lot of money, yet wanted to pay nothing. They were able to confirm and verify his actual income, get monthly support and back pay to cover the years that he didn’t pay. He also won legal fees being covered. Job well done. I would definitely use him again when and if I need further legal assistance and would recommend them.

Well, divorce isn’t pretty and it’s often messy. My case was not easy but Ryan & Jon did a great job with the initial trial, supporting paperwork, and documentation that opposing counsel requested (which was significant). They fought hard for my case & unfortunately, the judge made several grevious errors in the final ruling. Knowing that an injustice had occurred, they offered to appeal aspects of the judge’s ruling. They were diligent with the paperwork & timing of submitting everything. The appeals court overturned all elements in the appeal that were in error. If you want a legal team that will keep fighting for you even after some bumps in the road, these should be the attorneys for you. Thanks guys!

I found Jonathan online I went in to see them had a consultation and he kept asking to make sure that I was doing okay do to the situation that was going on with my now EX ultimately in the end it was a very fast and Speedy divorce got exactly what I wanted which was to keep all our fur babies I knew if I ever had questions or anything I can always contact them email them and they would get back to me as soon as they had an answer for me it never really took more than 24 hours they kept me up-to-date as much as I could The most important thing I learned was not just fight for the principle thank you Jonathan for all of your help and your patience during my hard time
