Phillips was honery, I even heard them laughing while i was engaged in a conversation with them. I agree with many of the reviews here. Their customer service other than the front desk is a joke. Not mentioning names but the top para legal in disability told me I would have no chance at getting disability after they insisted I file for my appeal , months later I am told this 1 month out from my appointment. Well he was and is wrong. My primary doctor for years had made many errors in my records and had been charged with negligence and they said good luck with that and actually dropped my case. I waited a year and a half to hear that plus with poor health was driven to doctor after doctor to get other records and when it was all along going over and over the results with the 4 th sectetary in a year JM she laughed at me with an attorney and the mr know it all paralegal and gave me very incorrect info as well. They waited until the last minute to even tell me my records were ambiguous and all th e time had to be driven around to try and repair the case FOR THEM and they tell me they no longer want to represent me. I am not kidding. And I was not a p in the ass either. Now I have a law administrative hearing and no atty. And If am expected to ne here. However, the good news is I have spoken to the clerk of the ADJ and she said the ADJ still needs me to appear (thank God I called) because I was under the impression my case was withdrawn. Also she wamts me to bring in everything and we are set up to discuss everything . The Soc Sec Admin iffice was appalled at the law office's conduct. So I say to you Phillips Disability Law Group Good Luck to you as I only have to face Soc Sec with my info once . You people on the other hand , well.... This is your job and what you were hired to do. May I suggest you find positions elsewhere where client service and record keeping and accountability is not a priority. And do not forget to get a copy of your files as they will not offer one to you when you or they will revoke the contract.

Just takes your money and doesn't do anything poor service...

We went to Refeal Tirado and Hilda Sandoval took on our case. Things moved quickly and smoothly. After having been lead on by several other lawyers in Phoenix we finally found one that would do the work that it took to get our case off the ground. Hilda Sandoval worked hard to make sure we were involved every step of the way and proceeded to set up appointments and send in documentation to move our case along. Soon after that my husband was off to Juarez for only 6 days and came home with his legal permanent resident card. Which we are anxiously awaiting in the mail along with his social security card which Hilda ordered ahead of time for us. Every aspect of dealing with Hilda was pleasant and professional. She knows how to do her job and represents the firm in a positive and caring manner. We are so greatful for all the hard work the firm put into our case. After 15 years of fighting for his papers my husband is now able to get a driver's license and do all the traveling he wants. Thanks to Refeal Tirado and associates.

This firm is wonderful! They stuck with me through everything, added the information from when I broke my hip and when I was told I needed to have both knees replaced. When I had my hearing, they walked me through the whole thing and helped me get my disability and my back pay and only charged me what Social Security said they would pay! Thank you so much, I don't know how I would have done it without you!

At first I thought they were great, but it almost seems as if they are intentionally dragging my disability case out (the lawyer makes more the longer the case takes). I'm in appeals now and just found out that they should have filed the appeal paperwork right away, but Social Security's website shows that they didn't file for appeal until almost a couple of months after my initial denial, and do you think that I can even get them to return a call or an email? Once in the appeals process it takes months to get a call back from them, and that's with constant hounding. I will try again today. Save yourself the despair and sleepless nights and hire a more diligent firm. God bless!

They also did nothing for my disability case but but collect my medical records. They didnt even tell me for 2 years my case was still active. They didnt allow me to add in my case because they wouldn't discuss it with me. My case got denied the first time because the didn't get the medical records they claimed they did. They waited two years to tell me they didnt have them creating almost three years delay in my case. I will ke making complaint the AZ state bar association.

This so called business should be shut down, DO NOT contact them if you want to ever possibly win your disability case, I learned the hard way, they literally did NOTHING to help my case, costing me valuable time and potential money on my case!
