When you've never even met the lawyer and live on the other side of the United States, but feel highly compelled to leave him an EXCELLENT rating, then you know you're doing so for the BEST lawyer Phoenix, AZ has to offer. There's a show on Netflix called The Lincoln Lawyer (also a movie from 2011), but there is also a real-life "Lincoln Lawyer" in Phoenix named Gil Hacohen. Mr. Hacohen was hired by my son on what seemed a losing battle child paternity/custody case wherein my son was going up against a gilded, grisly family. "Lawyers for Less" sounded like a long shot for my son, but affordable enough to try. There's a quote that states, "It's not how much money you have that's relevant, but whether you feel rich." Mr. Hacohen, aka Lincoln Lawyer, has been working for my son as if my son has paid him millions!! He got my son his baby boy back, through all the lies and deceit on the other side. There's only been one hearing and Mr. Hacohen made it happen in 30 minutes. My son has his son back! If/when this goes to trial, which I pray it does, I will return to leave my follow-up EXCELLENT review. To you, Mr. Lincoln Lawyer, I thank you from the bottom of my heart!! You've no idea the impact you've made thus far. Do NOT hesitate to contact and retain Mr. Hacohen!!!

I was fighting an in loco parentis suit and my previous attorney disappeared (no answer, no trace, left me with no representation without warning.) I was referred to Mr. Hacohen by a friend and he was able to step in quickly, first for one hearing only, then on retainer through the end of my case. Mr Hacohen immediately and effectively shut down the opposing counsel's dishonest tactics and exposed their lack of preparation. I ran into an issue with Arizona Fish and Game (AZFG). This area of law doesn't seem to have a lot of Lawyers that deal with them. Because of them being both Federal and State, they had the ability to screw up my hunting in not just Arizona but in the other 48 states. My presumption was that if I had a house in Arizona, I could pull a AZFG Resident tag. After pulling the tag, I called the field office to insure I was within the law (I didn't want to get in trouble!!!). well long story short... they wrote me citations based off of the phone call. They were set on writing me this ticket and actually had CAFG come knock on my door to serve me. At this point I knew I was over my head and contacted Gil. He re-assured me that he could handle my case. He gave me a great rate and it was straight forward. I understood exactly what I was getting based on our conversations and his contract. Gil went in and negotiated with the District attorney on my behalf. Gil got me a deal outside of taking it to trial that I was comfortable in accepting. Also and most importantly... With almost every case dealing with AZFG, you end up loosing your privileges to hunt or fish for up to 5 years. Gil got me off without having my privileges restricted. He was empathetic to my case and I didn't doubt his knowledge of AZFG law. I could tell from our conversations that he had spent time bringing himself up to date on this area just for my case.
