This is by far the worst law firm I’ve ever encountered. Someone contacted me from this law firm and told me that I could be eligible for a settlement. They collected some basic information from me and then told me what my options would be. Following that conversation, I was told to send in some required documentation- which I did. I even had to go out and get yet another repair order that I didn’t necessarily need but did so in hopes of getting a settlement. I finally sent in the last repair order and confirmed with the document specialist that it was received. Months went by and I haven’t heard anything. So a couple weeks ago, I reached out to the document support specialist whom I had been working with to inquire on the status of my case. No reply. Called, emailed and nothing. Finally, I called a different number and was able to speak to a different representative at the firm. This person told me when I asked about the status of my case that I was missing a repair order. I then told this gentleman that I did send it and have the time stamp in my text messages from the document support specialist confirming that it was received. I then asked to speak with said specialist and I was advised that she was on the phone assisting another client and that she would call me back. Of course that didn’t happen. Next day, I call in and spoke with someone different. This gentleman seemed very polite and knowledgeable but informed me that the documentation specialist that I had been working with previously was no longer at the firm. Now why would the person I talked to the day prior tell me that she was on the phone assisting another client??? With all of that being said, after all the hoops and hurdles I went through getting the required documents, specifically repair orders…having to miss work, catch Lyfts because my car was in the shop, this man tells me that I was dropped from their firm because I didn’t have a original manufacturing warranty. Which confuses me because why would they reach out the me in the first place? This is by far the worst, unprofessional, incompetent, lack of communication law firm I’ve ever encountered. I don’t even know why they’re in business. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to in order to post this review otherwise, I wouldn’t have given them any stars. The WORST
