I have been a client of Jonathan’s for several years now since dealing with my constantly changing custody/child support battle. He is the best, most caring attorney I have ever encountered and I am so lucky to have found him. He makes all of the very scary and hard court processes so much easier and stress free. I am so happy with the services I have been provided by Reppucci & Roeder! They have easily answered my questions and often times Jonathan Roeder would answer my call directly. Him and his staff have helped me tremendously with all of the amazing legal responses to the family court motions I have been facing (in a rather complicated situation). I came into my custody situation not feeling too confident. I was a father trying to relocate my 3 year old child out of the state and away from the mother. I had a consultation with Bryan and then my case was assigned to Stacy Porter. Stacy has been amazing ever since. He has been patient with me and my many questions. Always gets back to me in a timely manner. Notice points of views in my evidence that I myself did not notice. And every single motion filed by him has been worded and put together perfectly. And I feel he was very honest before each hearing, letting me know that the outcome may not be what I want to hear this time but that its a step forward. He was successfully able to help me in relocating my child. My experience with him has been great and I honestly can’t think of any complaint I would have with the firm. Would highly recommend Stacy to any father in my position!

Simply put, Ryan is outstanding! ! I’ve used his services exclusively for the last 6+ years on multiple custody and visitation cases. After having gone through three less than transparent attorneys before Ryan, it was incredibly refreshing when I found him. He’s courteous, responsive and the utmost professional. I just finished my custody battle that went on for almost a year now, and Stacy Porter was able to go battle for me and came out with everything I asked for. Stacy is very professional and gives you a sense of confidence, as well as peace at the same time. No matter how stressful things got, Stacy was always reassuring throughout the whole process and I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Highly recommend Mr. Porter if you are heading into court and are in need of a strong attorney.

Robert unfortunately is the reason Lawyers have a bad name these days. He was wired $5,000 up front and never received any paperwork from him as far as any kind of contract, and was agreed he would contact me before my arraignment. He failed to contact me... We met in person at my arraignment, and after speaking with Robert, i decided to go with another legal representative. I personally got in contact with him and informed him i no longer need his services, his response was that i was unable to "fire" him. That i would need to hire another lawyer first... or write a letter to the judge asking for a public defender... he also refused to issue any kind of refund.. I then hire a Real Attorney that formally submitted a substitution of representation in which Robert himself had to sign as well as the state attorney. My new attorney formally contacted him on a professional level to let him know i'm due a refund, to please itemize a bill with his services and expenses and to deduct it from my deposit with him and to issue a refund.. Robert refused and his response was to file for a Fee Arbitration. In my opinion this is extremely unprofessional from a so called "experienced professional" It's pretty much legal robbery. To this day he hasn't returned any of my calls or emails. This dude is apart of the problem in the legal system and in this world. His license should be revoked from the Arizona BAR.
