I was seeking some information about a probation revocation hearing and Mr. Howard Snader contacted me in less than 6 hours. He sent me some documents that would help my case, he is awesome and I truly appreciate his service.

Has recommended family andprison time on two cases that he promised probation was going to be what I got. Later in life I contacted him and tried to get advice about a DUI thought maybe he'd want to clean up his mistake with me he claimed he didn't even remember me in the case.ha gave me a half-hour consultation but wanted money to take my DUI. Bum

On two separate occasions, I have gone to Attorney Snader for consultation. In the first case I wanted to challenge an existing ruling. Attorney Snader looked over the specifics and advised me that since the ruling was not actually affecting me at this time, there was no reason to take it to court. "Don't poke the bear", in other words. If the ruling did affect me in the future he would be glad to represent me. He turned down an opportunity to take my money for a simple legal issue. I was surprised and pleased. A year later I consulted with him again on another legal matter. He looked over the specifics and advised me on the proper steps that I would need to take and provided me with the materials I would need to move forward. A great attorney, honest and very helpful. I would recommend Howard Snader to anyone that wants an attorney they can trust.

If you want somebody that knows the law cold and cuts right to the chase (vital given that wasted time = wasted money and sometimes additional jail time), then Howard is your guy. As a civil litigator myself, he is my choice for high-profile friends who want professional, aggressive and honest representation.

I paid for a lawyer and that's what I got...not a buddy to hear my issues or a cheering section. Howard was honest, not misleading and dependable. He knows the law. His office gave me an estimate of services, let me break it down in payments, and refunded the unused portion of our payment. The guy may be curt but he is all business and very professional. I've read some negative reviews of him. Perhaps the writers were looking for a buddy to help them commiserate their bad behavior. Mr. Snader is an honest,hardworking proffesional who saw me after hours and went out of his way to help me. I have recommended him twice and will continue to do so.

Howard represented me in a complicated white collar crime case. To make a long story very short, Howard was able to negotiate with the prosecution. He was able to resolve from 5 felonies (2 class 2, 2 class 3 and 1 class 5) into one undesignated felony, with no jail time (probation only). Howard was honest and hard working, and as the case progressed I found he was more than just my attorney he became a trusted friend. I publicly thank Howard for his time and for his advice in this process. I would suggest Howard to anyone looking for a good criminal defense lawyer.

Howard represented me on my last felony case involving organized retail theft on top of my felony probation violation. Howard was a fact finding hound and eventually the prosecution had to amend my case to a lesser charge. I was sentenced to the minimum and was out of prison only a week later. Thank you Howard.

Mr. Snader over promised and under delivered and was extremely rude and arrogant. Oh, he was nice enough until we signed the fee documents, but after the down payment was made and the commitment completed he was very short tempered, acted very put-out when we asked questions about my case and was generally very ill-tempered. He had a case load that was too big to manage, he got names, dates, jails mixed up. The plea deal we got was NOT what Mr. Snader promised when we hired him and was nowhere near the outcome he told us to expect. He spent more time arguing and being adversarial with his clients than fighting for us. His paralegal, Merril, was very professional & helpful, but overall our experience was very disappointing and very expensive. We could have gotten the same (or perhaps a better deal) with a public defender.

Mr. Snader made promises that he didn't meet, had too many clients to keep straight. Complained about his caseload & many court appearances. He shared information with us about other clients that we did not care to hear. He did not interview any witnesses in our case, got us to spend $2575 extra for an expert that resulted in HURTING our case. Howard was rude and short with us. He made representations that ended up falling very short of the outcome. We would not use this attorney again, mainly due to his hostile demeanor and lousy advice. We did everything he advised and the outcome of our case was deplorable compared to what Howard said would happen.
