We had an issue with a new Kia that got dragged out almost 2 years. After all the back and forth with them not helping us we reached out to this company. Sharora and Andrew worked very hard taking care of all the back and forth with Kia until they were able to get a number we were satisfied with. As tough as Kia was being, they did not stop pushing to get us the money we wanted even knowing if we couldn’t get there we wouldn’t go through with the deal. Just as advertised us the consumer do not pay a penny unless a deal is made, then this company gets a percentage of what you get, or the manufacturer pays them separately. Sharora was our main point of contact and was amazing to deal with, communication was great, we are very satisfied with this company.
