I set up a consultation recently to see about a custody case and where I stand. I walked in nervous that this wouldnt be the best thing to do but I walked out more confident that getting representation would be in my favor. Any and all questions I had were answered and the process of moving forward was explained as confusing as these kinds of things can be but I feel more comfortable having people who know what they're doing representing me and my case. Mr. Roeder was very knowledgable and professional during our consultation I plan to move forward and hopefully soon give a little update. UPDATE: Firstly i would like to thank Reppucci & Roeder for an amazing representation in court. I would highly recommend Jonathan Roeder if youre in need of a family law lawyer who actually knows what hes doing and knows his way around a court room. Going into this i was very nervous, i hate court i honestly dont like being put on the spot but the way he represented me in the courtroom, the questions he asked me not only helped t judge make the right choice but also reassured me that no matter what my ex had been saying to and about me during this case i was absolutely doing the right thing. He was very tough and straightforward with his questions and extremely confident in everything he says. Going into this my ex had made a few changes before we went to trial that kind of made the case not a strong as it could of been but because i had Jonathan on my side i believe i couldnt have gotten what asked for without him. First time going to trial and i could definitely say you really have to know what your talking about and present yourself very professionally because it matters. I came to this law firm looking for help for a child custody case. They were able to help explain to me exactly what all the confusing court paper work meant and what needed to be done. They were prompt in speaking with me, up front about the case and honest. They were so helpful and understanding about everything i was going thru. Divorce is never an easy experience to go through, but might be better than the situation you are in. I met with Jonathan Roeder during my free consultation appointment. He went over my case with me and took out the time to explain different options to me considering my financial state. I was very pleased that he never rushed me out and exceeded the consultations time trying to make sure I understand every explanation without feeling pressured. I haven’t retained the firm, but they seem very knowledgeable of the law and I plan to work with them through this difficult time.

I met with Jonathan Roeder regarding divorce paperwork. I came in very confused and had a lot of questions as it was my first time dealing with a divorce. He went through the paperwork with me and let me know how the filing process worked. Now I know exactly what to do. I did the free consultation with him and he was nice to not charge me for going over paperwork when there is usually a fee for paperwork. Thank you!
