I found Mr. Frei's name from the Better Business Bureau website and called him for a phone consultation. I am trying to file bankruptcy but I have a life estate for a family property and was worried about tax implications/IRS before going forward. Mr. Frei was extremely helpful and reassured me during this very stressful time. After addressing tax implications, he referred me to an excellent bankruptcy attorney. I will use Lucas if I ever need assistance with tax issues in the future, and I will definitely refer all my friends to him if they require his services

I cosigned for a school loan for my son and the bank sent a 1099 form with only my name on it.. Our accountant told me that there should be one with my son's name and we would need that in order to off set some of our tax liability. When I called the bank, they said they did not have any other 1099 and were unable to help. I contacted Lucas and he assured me that the bank should have a 1099 with my son's name on it. He called the bank and within a week or so, I received the correct 1099 form. Having the correct form to submit saved us several hundred dollars in owed taxes. Lucas saved me from the stress of dealing with the bank and arguing with them regarding the form. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend him.
