Michael did a great job forming a joint venture for a real estate deal. He worked quickly and kept me in the loop along the way. Lawyers are never cheap, but he was more fair and affordable than anyone else I called, and was finished quicker than I expected. I would definitely recommend him!

Michael helped me with organizing/filing legal paperwork related to my small business. The filing was complicated and confusing for me so I needed his expertise in the handling of these legal documents. Michael is personal and profession with a touch of dry wit which I can say is a breath of fresh air from an attorney.

I'm an entertainer and felt stuck in a poorly worded contract provision I signed with a certain talent agency who was trying to get commission from my bookings after our contract expired. Michael stepped in, broke down the contract and emailed the agency a cease and desist letter. He was wonderful! Mr. Irish was incredibly helpful with legal advice on reading and understanding the renters laws in place in Arizona as well as corroborating those with the lease I had signed as a renter. When my landlord attempted to kick me out because he wanted to sell the property, Mr. Irish gave me peace knowing that my living situation was protected by Arizona law and that the landlord could not terminate the lease unilaterally or raise the rent in the middle of the lease. I wholly recommend Mr. Irish and am writing this review as I pursue further consultation from him for problems regarding return of security deposit from the same landlord.
