We only want the best for our children. We thought we were doing everything right. So, when we followed the advice of our pediatrician to get a vaccine that was supposed to protect our child and keep her healthy, we were horrified to discover this same vaccine is what damaged her irreparably. This was the darkest time of our lives and if that isn’t bad enough, you realize that you are left to face the devastation alone. Everyone turns their backs on you, the doctor that pushed the shot to adhere to CDC guidelines claiming it to be safe and effective for everyone, the schools, and even family and friends. It wasn’t until we found Drew Downing and his team that we were given hope. We realized that we are not alone and there are people out there that understand and care. I interviewed several people who claimed to be vaccine injury lawyers, but Drew impressed me the most because of his compassion, professionalism and real knowledge about our situation, and when I saw him in action in the courtroom, I knew I made the right decision in choosing him to seek justice for our daughter. While nothing will fix the damage that has been done, it has been comforting to have Drew’s support and know that he is fighting for my daughter as hard as I would and because my child deserves it.

When my son was left with permanent and disabling injuries following Gardasil as a teenager almost 9 years ago, Andrew Downing came highly recommended by other parents living this nightmare with their own children as well. When I needed medical literature for one of my son's specialists to guide us in treatment, I knew that if such literature was in existence, Drew would certainly not only have it, but would have deep understanding of the science behind said literature. Thanks to Drew's willingness to be a source of information at a critical time medically, we were able to collaborate on an intense, long-term treatment plan with my son's neuromuscular doctor. As parents of vaccine injured children, we are often left bankrupted financially, spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally as we navigate through a faulty system that still largely perpetuates a narrative that attempts to justify our children being written off as "collateral damage" or gaslighting narrative that flat out denies that we even exist, that our living hell isn't real. It is a hard, HARD life to live, especially when the topic of vaccine injuries have become so politically volatile and divisive. Having people in our corner, like Andrew Downing, who are willing to fight on behalf of our kids in the legal system while we battle the day to day challenges medically is much-needed. Drew was a solid rock through the insanely litigious NVICP process for us; thanks to his hard work and dedication, my son's case is now one of the ones that has transitioned into one of many civil cases directly against the manufacturer of this highly dangerous product. As we began this uphill battle with Drew sometime around late 2016 or so, I am so grateful that he will continue to be part of an expanded amazing legal team as we go through civil litigation. Not all heroes wear capes~ sometimes, they wear suits and ties! Drew, you are a hero in my book!

Mr. Downing handled my vaccination claim and made a difficult experience much easier and stress free. He handled everything from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. Vaccine injuries are something most people are not aware of or understand. He made a confusing situation much easier to understand. He was truly compassionate and very cordial each time we spoke.
