Do not ! This is not a empty review by any means. - requested cash to avoid paying tax. - illegally billed me without an agreement in place - offered me a settlement to avoid me making this review and sharing my experience and going to the bar as well - kept my retainer and extremely over billed, for example 100$ on multiple occasions for one email! - would call me out of the blue to state facts and apparently was billing me for the phone call - throughout this entire process I emailed with these issues and more with no remedies then kept my remaining 1250$ retainer for undocumented work with no !!! Agreement in place for work of a separate subject which is a direct bar violation - did not uphold the original billing agreement -i even offered for them to send me a partial of what was owed just to resolve this issue they declined until I threatened to post this and go the the bar then tried to bribe or offer me a settlement and directly asked me to sign a agreement to not disclose my experiences of course I declined people need to be aware of scam artists like this ... There are many more issues but I would recommend staying clear and finding a clear and transparent practicing firm that actually follows the rules and upholds the law wanting to help and not just take your money. Update - There is no agreement whatsoever in place if you would like to continue this conversation it should start with the return of my retainer which was agreed upon it is a free country and I can express my opinion and dissatisfication wherever I would like to including the Arizona State bar or you can formally show me a cease-and-desist letter for writing a review on a public platform in which you agreed to in Google's bylaws to allow any opinion or review whether it be negative or positive to be published publicly so go ahead and report this review as well and Google will tell you the same thing or better yet show proof of one thing that I stated that's not factual here's the screenshot when they tried to delete it
