I was going through a divorce with what I felt was an unusual situation. Ryan answered all my questions and also gave me a guide he had compiled with valuable information on divorce in Arizona. I only wish I'd found him sooner because it would have saved me a lot of time and irritation in dealing with my ex-husband. When we first met with Ryan, it was right after a judge had made the decision to leave my daughter with her mother. My daughter was in the 3rd grade and failing and was morbidly obese. He actually refused to take the case right away because we were less than 6 months out of the judge’s ruling. He did say, though, that if she was still failing school and not losing weight that he would take our case in the fall. He took our case and helped us to persuade the judge to move the child in with me. We have hired him again to try and gain full custody and decision making and he has agreed again to take our case. He takes payments on his cases which is nice. He is a pretty hands off kind of guy but all the while, he is gathering and filing motions and doing all the work behind the scenes so he can show up in front of the judge and do his job. He is not afraid to tell you like it is and he does not BS you. Lawyers are expensive but Ryan would be well worth your money!! Thank you to Ryan for helping us do what is right for my daughter!!
