I dont recommend there service .. They care for you till you finish paying them after that they dont call you back or ever treat you with any respect they think your stupid just because there lawyers I recommend alcock y asociados

Great services

I had an extremely contentious divorce case that Scott Stewart represented me on. I had many false accusations made against me that I had to prove were wrong and Mr Stewart did an amazing job articulating my case in a very strategic, yet realistic manner. He was always very up front and honest about what he felt I could and could not get in this case and I can honestly say that I feel that he did his best to at the same time get me as much as was possible while also keeping my costs reasonable. He would often counsel me on not pursuing a part of the case that he did not feel I had a reasonable chance of winning even though he would have made more money if I had.

I have been a lawyer for over 13 years. I practice in a different field. When I went through a divorce I’m glad I called Scott. He did an outstanding job and helped negotiate a very favorable result. He did a great job on my case and got results that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him.

They are writing their own google reviews. Listen to the ones that say POOR customer service. You will be treated horribly here. My emails have not been returned and neither have my phone calls. Unfortunately I have left a money retainer with them. It's a nightmare... STAY AWAY.

I met with Dianne Sullivan & hired her after our first consultation. This is my 2nd try on the same divorce & after speaking with her I'm actually glad my first attorney screwed up my case because she believes my case wasn't settled in my best interest. I've hired her to represent me in this second try & I've got no doubt this case will be over in half the time, in my best interest & with the final results weighing more in my favor. Her office keeps me informed on a daily basis on where the case is & when or what the next step is. I never thought I'd even consider hiring a female attorney to represent me in a divorce case as I thought a male attorney would be the best to represent another male in a divorce case but having the thoughts & views of a female when you're going up against another female is the best since they think the same will know doubt give me the edge in the case. I give AVVO 5 stars for their site & also 5 stars for referral of the offices of Scott D. Stewart. Divorce Attorney Dianne Sullivan along with her staff have my case 8 months along in 3 weeks compared to my last attorney who took about a year for the same results & would only get the case moving when you stayed on him, that's if you could find him at his main office or in one of his 6 satellite offices. Dianne Sullivan & her assistants rock ! I look forward in working with Dianne & her crew to get my divorce finalized, finally after 2.5 years already ! Her staff has the status of my case in the same place my last attorney took over a year. I look forward to finally getting this divorce behind me & moving on ! I've no doubt Dianne & her team will have me celebrating in just a matter of months & no doubt in my favor compared to the way my previous attorney had it totally jacked up & just let it get dismissed because he was too wrapped up in his personal issues. Again 5 stars for this firm, Dianne Sullivan & her awesome crew !

Poor customer service!! I've made several calls trying to gets some answers and they gave me the run around, finally went to their office and was told Maria Arapicio wasn't available to speak to because she is extremely busy (yeah to busy sweet talking people to hire her) finally when she saw how upset I was regarding my case and how I had been paying them for over 1 year and nothing had been done, she offered to give me a refund. I still have yet to receive it. All of her staff in the Tucson area is rude, liars and very unprofessional. I've reported this "Lady" to the board of attorneys in the state of Arizona. Good luck to everyone and hopefully you can find a better attorney that knows her laws and has good customer service!!

I hired this firm to help me with a visa. In the 8 months after I paid them, I contacted them 5 times by email with questions. 4 emails were completely ignored and one was answered, but so late that it was a moot point. Service is terrible, often waiting for long times on phone, no return calls. They almost missed my filing deadline, had I not called and pushed and screamed, the deadline WOULD have been missed.Even so, they did not provide me with everything I needed (they lost part of what I had sent them and I had to replace it on my own at my own additional expense) I cannot find anything nice to say about my experience here. Look elsewhere, no one could be worse. Fees are high, service is poor to non-existant.

You can't get good customer service here. They are way too busy. I had an initial consultation with them. I should have known by how I got transferred on the phone and put on hold repeatedly that this should have been a place to avoid. I waited almost an hour for my appointment in an office lobby that was so crowded it was difficult to find a seat. After my consultation (didn't choose them because their fees are so high) I started getting a barrage of text messages. I never signed up for any text messages and I don't have many text messages available on my cell phone plan. I texted back to stop, still text messages. I called the office. Couldn't get through to anyone of course, so I am still getting text messages. I even warned that I am going to have to make a complaint to the Arizona State Bar and I am still getting text messages. Looks like I will have no recourse but to appeal to the bar. Got another two text messages today.

I am originally from Philippians. I met my (now) husband there. He came back to the states and researched how to get a Fiance Visa. After a few months, we realized that we were going to need help. We found Mara Jones. She told us it would take close to a year to get everything complete. We applied for my Visa in December 2010 and it was approved in May, 2011. We were married in December 2011. We are so happy with the outcome and Maria Jones. PD
