Unfortunately, I have had to deal with many law offices due to car accidents. So, I know how communication can be terrible.
My legal assistant Rylan Williams was very responsive. He kept me up-to-date and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. And he was always available whenever I called for questions. which was a lot, LOL.
