They are caring and fight for their clients. This Dayes law firm helped me to get SSI. Now I'm ready to have help getting my SSDI help and I will always ask for their help to get my needed judgement. Even if I don't win my verdict, I know they still have my thanks for fighting. Awesome people and they have my gratitude. Great teamwork and thank you all for everything .

Hired these "lawyers" a year ago to represent my so in his SSI claim. They told me they applied. I shoyld have checked myself because after a year of not hearing anything i called and NYS didnt even have a file for my son.. These lawyers never even filed. They lied the whole time. They tell me NYS is backlogged? They would still have his name in there. A complete joke. Go someplace else. Im fairly certain the place is just collecting information to sell to 3rd party vendors.
You will get nowhere. In a freaking year i am at square one..... Filing.....

Hire someone else. These guys are terrible. They neglect the most basic duties of representation, then take zero responsibility for their lack of action. You'd be better off representing yourself than hiring these guys.
