We first met Tim in 1993 & were lucky to call him our friend & neighbor. In 2010, a tragic car accident took the life of my mother. We were at a loss when the insurance company asked if we intended to file a claim since we were overwhelmed with so many other issues. Although we were no longer neighbors, Tim was the first person we thought of to answer our questions and, subsequently, handle a wrongful death claim. This was our first professional experience with Tim. It was no surprise that he made the process as painless and efficient as possible, and that he clarified every concern we had regarding the claim. Tim is an honorable, trustworthy person and attorney. We can highly recommend him for his caring attitude, as well as his professional expertise.
