I knew I had a tough divorce ahead of me. I was dealing with an undiagnosed malignant narcissist and is very manipulative. I interviewed 11 attorneys prior to me choosing Tracy. What made her stand out is she was family oriented and I needed someone to fight for me. I needed someone who understood a narcissist and their tactics. I needed a lawyer who would take my facts and truths and represent them in court. I had multiple hiccups in my case early on. Involving clerical errors on my protection order, DCS and gathering the appropriate evidence and witnesses. Tracy was so thorough and precise when deciding which witness or evidence to use in my case. I had overwhelming evidence to support my case but she chose wisely. With her expertise we won my case! She is worth every penny as an attorney. She has a warm heart and is so intelligent. I can't stress enough to look no further! She is the best family law attorney in Arizona.

I was faced with a Petition to Enforce/Contempt from my daughter's mother in an extremely litigious and seemingly never ending family court case. I met with Tracy and we compiled a plan to gather the necessary evidence and documents that would be needed in order to counter the serious allegations that were being made against me AND my daughter. I hired Tracy, and I'm very happy that I did. As my daughter's mother loves the sound of her own voice, Tracy had her work cut out for her. Tracy came up with unique and innovative ways to find departure and arrival times for aircraft that proved vital in our case. She was able to navigate through the nonsense that was presented by mother during this hearing and prove that mother's statements were nonsensical hooey. I'm happy that she was there. Tracy was very responsive and reasonable. Even though I thought a different approach may be necessary in order to not have a potentially unthinkable outcome, Tracy was experienced enough to convince me that sometimes less is more. Her experience and wisdom helped for a more reasonable outcome for this latest petition. As it is late in the game of this Mount Everest of family court cases, I would hire Tracy again if needed, but I honestly hope that I don't need to. It's just nice to know that I have the option of someone with her knowledge in case the worst happens in the next few months. Thank You Tracy!

Tracy, Represented me in a child support dispute. I live out of state and to say the very least mother is extremely uncooperative . Tracy remained extremely patient, She made me feel as if my case was her only case. She was extremely responsive anything I asked was only asked once and Tracy delivered. One quick sidenote although I will not mention names I’ve used four different lawyers in the Phoenix Scottsdale area and Tracy is the only one I will use again and Tracy is the only one to receive a positive review from me. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a family lawyer .I personally will use her Should any future disputes arise she is professional and beyond

I had a rather complicated child support case - I had a divorce but no child support order granted. Dad lived part in state, part out of state and was an independent contractor. I came to Tracy and somehow she was able to help me sort all this out and help me get something put in place for my child. She was great! She helped make sense of all the facts, walked me through the whole process and made the day in court so much easier. I will use her again for any more court dates.

Tracy was the best attorney I've had and I've had 2 others! She was recommended by me from another attorney! I threw my dicorce/custody case at her with only 2 weeks to prepare for the hearing. It was an emergency hearing that I had filed myself because my previous attorney would not and the judge had approved. There was a lot of reports and details and a lot to know about this case and she dove right in. She knew this case like the back of her hand. I was extremely impressed by how well she was able to learn everything in such a ahort amount of time. She did very well at that hearing. Another thing that is extremely impressive about her is her abikity to communicate. There is nothing worse than calling and the paralegals answers and they give you the run around. No, she either answers the phone or calls back right away or e mails right away. She is very easy to communicate with. She is patient and VERY hard working. She also understands how it is to be a parent worrying about your childern because she is one herself. I am impressed by everything she has done. It was the best choice hiring her! If you inquire about her and have a consult with her, theres no doubt you will leave without knowing whether she is the attorney for you!

Tracy helped me WIN with what I thought was the impossible!!! Back child support that I had been paying directly to my ex wife. My ex still went after me in court any way. She proved my ex was not justifiable......
