So thankful for Tracy! While I have been divorced for 5 years, I required Tracy's services when my ex and I could no longer agree on revised terms to our decree now that our daughter was older. I can't thank Tracy and Joelle enough for their hard work on my case! They were organized, well prepared, and made the entire process seamless during a very stressful time. Highly recommend her services!

Tracy was very highly referred to me, after 1st Attorney I retained quit the firm & My case. I was then handed off to a partner who demanded payment in 48hrs, or they would drop me.! Not willing to honor my payment plan with the Attorney I had been working with. I was very stressed & scared, as I am Legally Disabled, on a fixed income & live off the Alamony my X was withholding. My X had moved out of state & stopped doing the things he had agreed to do in our Divorce Decree. I have a hard time thinking sometimes, espically during stressful periods. Tracy & Joelle were very patient with me, which I appreciated greatly, as I get impatient with Myself. I was not always disabled. Trying to find clarity through severe overwhelm is not easy & on some days impossible. They were understanding, professional & kind. Tracy found ways to help me when I saw none. Her upbeat personality & willingness to hear me out was a God Send to me. She treated me like a real person, not just a file on her desk, as the other firm had. I am impressed with the work she did for me & her manner with me. I wish I had found her before that 1st Attorney I started with, that took $9,000 from me & produced NO results. I have much GRATITUDE for Tracy & the way she handled my case. I am very pleased & satisfied with the outcome.! I cannot ThankYou enough Tracy.:)

Tracy and Joelle by far is the best team! Have been in my crazy battle for 4 years now, with my previous lawyer he did an okay job, but after hiring Tracy and her team, I am finally making progress. When my "then" fiance and I needed a prenuptial agreement we learned that we each needed our own attorney. He was referred to one through his trust attorney and she recommended Tracy to me. As it turned out...Tracy was the only one of the 3 to be knowledgeable, prompt with communications and thorough! The other 2 attorneys cost us time and money with their poor advice. Tracy and her wonderful staff saved the day in the end! They made themselves available during a Holiday weekend and GOT IT DONE!

I was stressed when I first walked into her law office, but her professional, yet friendly demeanor, knowledge, and obvious expertise, immediately put my mind at ease. It ended up being a complicated case, but she communicated during every step of the process so that I understood what was happening, as well as always ensured that she knew what I wanted. I even saw a huge difference when reading through the paperwork she submitted to the court versus that of the other side. Tracy’s had solid legal references written throughout to support our case, whereas theirs seemed more like opinions. After I won my case, she was even nice enough to allow me to come up with a payment plan. I know quite a few people with nightmare divorce attorney stories. When I needed an attorney, I knew what skills were needed but it took me awhile to find the right person. Tracy came recommended by a friend. After our consultation, I knew once I solidified my decision to divorce that Tracy was going to represent me. My goal was to stay out of court to not only keep costs down, but to prevent added emotional harm of going to court especially having a minor. In the settlement meeting, she was respectful to my former spouse but still able to stand for my rights. She handles conflict well and keeps things forward moving. Her compassion about my situation made me feel what I was going through was heard and validated. Since she works with her clients one on one, there wasn’t any confusion on communication nor was I ever handed off to another attorney not knowing their skill level which happened to some of my friends with other law offices. Tracy helped my wife and I with a custody case. We first presented Tracy with our case about wanting an even 50/50 parenting time split, simply to see if we had a case, because we are so far from informed when it comes to the legal jargon. We gave her a brief synopsis, and she assured us she could help if we chose to work with her. But no pressure, it was up to us. Best decision we could have made. Tracy quickly let us know what steps we needed to take, necessary paperwork, and made it super easy to make sure we were positively adding to our case. She was flexible when it came to meeting up, and we had the options to meet in person or online. When we did have the time in front of the judge and the opposing party, Tracy stayed professional and was fierce—truly fighting for our side and obviously believing in our stance and wanting to win alongside us. She did prior prep work with us so we felt confident in speaking within the courtroom (online). Finally, when it came to all the paperwork, Tracy was diligent in keeping us informed on what it all entailed, what edits we could and should make, and what it all meant — long documents are just tough to slog through sometimes! All in all, Tracy was with us every step of this arduous journey and helped us get the outcome we deserved!
