I've been working for one of the larger landscape ,tree companies (T-P )was in a serious truck accident I was T-boned by another truck the high rate of speed .. I notified the operations manager only concern was getting me to the clinic for a drug test . With ahead injury any other injuries, I managed to drive to workman's comp industrial Clinic The doctor determined that I was fit for light duty, I missed 1 days of work and when I return was trying to work with my limitations. On Thursday without any warning was told I was going to be laid off, at this time I was still under the industrial workers comp coverage after two weeks of seeing the doctor and getting limited help I was informed that I return to work within the next two weeks the 27th of September at this time I still have problems with the head injury and eye injury, The biggest issue is my right hand middle finger is completely dislocated and the hand is severely swollen I was told at that time by the workman's comp clinic there was no other help and I would have to return to work.. I did some checking around and found out after talking to the lawyers there legal help, at this time what they have done is been very encouraging for me and my family..

I was referred to this firm by a seriously injured co-worker, and in comparison my injuries didn't seem to be worth anything (in my mind). So, I didn't think anyone here would give me the time of day--was I ever wrong! The intake staff here, specifically Martha and Cindy, are personable & understanding; and although I've only needed advice and direction at this point navigating the workmans comp maze they've been so very helpful! Actually had one sit down with a lawyer & multiple calls to these ladies. Having developed secondary issues from my injury, and the company insurance fighting me, I feel confident knowing that push-come-to-shove this is the group of lawyers I want in my corner!
