Screwed my case dont use this office brian weekly was my att. My case was closed for a month before i found out. Won't fight for your case. Once it becomes work they quit. Your case. Now that ive moved back to Louisiana my medicaid doctor is going to fuse my ankle. Ill tell everyone when the money stops or is to low. I can say on my behalf brian weekly did not represent me like an attorney should have. He lied. To me while lokking me straight in my face. A friend also got screwed by this attorney's office her comment was told you so. And I think they write there own reviews. To keep a 5 star rating

I was with these guys for a year and 3 months. Nothing's been done on my case and they're horrible at keeping you up to date with your case. I messed my back up and had a hernia repair which still hurts and I'm being told by another lawyer right now that they waited way to Long for everything and that they sloshed my whole case up. I totally agree which is why I'm sitting with another workers comp lawyer right now. I've done all the work on my case by talking to the doctors faxing parties involved, emailing everyone involved endless driving to appointments an calls and snow carpio hasn't done more than 5% of the work by just showing up to 1 hearing in a year and 3 months!!! Erica Melendez was my lawyer so thanks to her I might not be covered and now another lawyer needs to fix her mess. People avoid this place because they will mess your case up I promise you that

Complete waste of time! Dennis kurth and Bonnie west failed me & now I suffer a set back! I already have injuries to deal with on the daily basis & 2nd surgery coming up. Dennis didn't put up fight and treated me like I didn't exist. I have learned my lesson. Worker's comp cases are tough & cruel. I can't speak about the other lawyers. Its possible they can help you and they very well might be as good as others proclaim. For me- this cost me Time I didn't have. Major Disappointment! Don't speak on my case- you didn't bother to read it! Funny april making excuses for dennis. If they are so great they should have acted like it, considering I fired Dennis as my lawyer. He failed to even actually work on my case. Shame on a law firm that covers up for their lawyers failures. April for you to mention brian and Dennis's experience & accomplishments shows how you guys are clueless about customer service. I cancelled due to Enough of my time wasted! You guys didn't bother to read up on my case in its entirety! So Don't speak on my case.

We needed guidance on a W/C situation & Martha was who we were able to see. She actually filed the claim for us & if it had not been for her I do not know what would be happening at this point. Cindy, Evelyn, & Nick have all been soooooooo helpful with this long drawn out mess of just trying to get the company & insurance carrier to get on the right PAGE! We appreciate all of you for your time spent, everyone is super nice, as well as knowledgeable in this field. Got an appointment with an attorney right away. Office easy to get to. Had parking lot in back of building. Intake person was well informed and answered all questions. So far so good. Will follow-up later as things progress.

Attorney Nick Wearne is the best! He has been helping me with my Social Security Disability case. He always responds to my emails and phone calls with patience and kindness.
