If you're ever in need of a good injury attorney, I highly recommend Chase Rasmussen at O'steen and Harrison. He was at my house the day of my accident and went to work right then and there. While stopped at a crosswalk, I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist who was texting, traveling at 45 mph. At Abrazo PV Hospital, they determined that I had a concussion, as well as severe back, neck and shoulder trauma. Considering the person that hit me had no insurance, immediately after my release from the hospital, my father took me to see Van and Jonathan O'Steen, at O'Steen and Harrison, with whom my father has a 40-year business relationship. Dad said the O'Steens are the best, and he was sure I would receive first-class, personal service. I signed with them, and from that point Jonathan handled everything, first of all by assuring me that I would be covered 100% by the uninsured motorist coverage in my own auto policy, and, most importantly by telling me not to worry, that he would take care of all the details. Over the next several months, he monitored all of my medical issues, tests, doctor and specialists visits and follow-ups, physical therapy, and all of the expenses. My insurance company initially wanted to total my car; however, it was paid for, and I had no desire to start over with payments on another vehicle, so Jonathan convinced them to repair it. Every time I called the office, I was able to speak with Jon or his assistant - I never had to leave a message. In the end, my health has been restored, all of my expenses have been paid, my car has been repaired, and I received a very fair settlement from the insurance company - all that, and I never had to worry about anything. Dad was right - like father, like son: first-class, personal service all the way. Thanks, Jon, if I could give you 6 stars, I would.
