This review for Mr. Morton was long over due. I would like to express my gratitude and my appreciation for everything that Mr. Morton has done for me in a legal matter. He went above and beyond my expectations and his determination was also acknowledged by the Judge in my legal matter. As a Military Veteran, he is a man of his word and someone you can trust.

A real joke. Worded the quash incorrectly three times and left me on my own after he was paid via venmo. He never submitted the paperwork and to this day has not returned the same to me per his statement to the Bar complaint arbitrator. Be careful.

Getting married is easy, divorce was hard. I was recommended Mr. Morton's service and I could not be more pleased, He is knowledgeable, kind, patient and very dedicated to his client. Mr. Morton fought for me and my children in a highly sensitive situation. For those who need a lawyer that will completely stand by you and fight for you, I more than recommend Mr. Morton. Jessica was really great at helping me understand how the process would go down when it was time to file for child custody, and what paper work was required of me to sign and give to her to have my statement heard in the court room. She also made me feel very safe and sound through the court hearing. Jessica was willing to take my case right away and for a reasonable price.

Best attorney in town! Mr. Morton beat the city when they took advantage of me and denied my claim. The city appealed it and he won the appeal. When I went to court he was there before I got there. Very smart, prompt, ethical and knows the laws. I have never given an attorney reference prior, so this shows you this is your guy!

Tom Morten handled my child custody case in 2007. I feel it was a win because I got everything I wanted, which was what was right for my daughter. Tom doesn't play games with the courts he provides a straight forward honest approach to the judge while looking out for what is best for you and your child. I told Tom everything and he told me "if everything you are saying is true then you should use an outside family psychologist and whatever they say the judge will weigh in 90% on what they say. Also I was really worried cause I thought Arizona was a mother state and he told me "Arizona is a child state and will look out for what's best for the child. And that Arizona used to be a mother state but too many kids were being raised by grandparents when women were getting custody and collecting child support but not taking care of their children. So from a parents standpoint male or female that was great news because they are looking out for what is best for your child."

I hired Jessica for a consultation, she spent two hours with me answering all my questions. She provided me with the tools I needed to start the process in a case of my special needs kid. I’ve emailed her with more questions and she has replied back in a timely manner. Once this process is done, I’ll definitely contact Jessica again so she can fight for my son’s rights.

Jessica Joyce Burguan made it seem like she was going to do something about my case. I hired her, after i went forward paid in full she then E-mails me about what she was going to do and repeatedly claim that it was getting done. Never did majority of what she claims she was doing was accomplished. Majority of the charges i got done myself by calling the obusman office and talking to the case worker and filing complaints to the caser worker and attorney through DCS. I was charged for my mother speaking to Jessica when i specifically had email Jessica asking her not to speak to my mother about my case unless she cant get a hold of me and its an emergency. When my court date came up at the same time and day of the motion that she had put in herself she didn't attend the court date nothing was accomplished. She had another person take over her place over the phone he did absolutely nothing but sit on the phone and said i dont know whats going on and that he didn't know what to say knows nothing about the case. My mother never got the home study done that she claims was done. My visits with my child still stands the same i dont receive still and not in my home. I am now getting my classes done only cause the judge keeps saying something to DCS and i put in a complaint about it. My son is still in housing danger DCS is removing him from my family if they cant find replacement for my child or my mother home study not geting done.

Jessica is an amazing attorney my case is finally closed and i am over excited about this. She is an amazing lawyer she stood by me and helped me make the best decisions that i could have ever made to help my case get closed. I have been in addiction for 14 years and Jessica did not judge me. She takes in everything that is told to her and she is not any average attorney she knew my case by name and every detail about my case. She would go above and beyond what she could do and reach as far as she could without over reaching. She always returned my calls and always stood by me in my decisions and never thought twice. If i was over thinking something she let me know and broke it down to me. I love how she was able to close my case successfully. My life has changed for the best.
