Mr. Morton is an amazing attorney. His ability to hear an issue and find the quickest resolution equates to saving attorney fees. He will not "candy coat" the facts. He is straight forward and aggressive in action as needed. I highly recommend his services.

Best lawyer ever!

Lemme just say, I trust nobody and hated my attorney before she came in. I was crying my eyes in a courthouse and get told this attorney wants my case. Now I can't afford much, she had the state pay the cost. She sat with me for an hour talking about my case and learning about me. She would send me emails with questions, calls too. If I had a legitimate emergency question in an email, she would reply, even at 10pm. She's super nice and caring, along with patient. I had given up multiple times and she kept telling me she's got this. She got my girls back with me and kept on DCS to do the right thing. She's super busy and sometimes hard to get ahold of but she's definitely an attorney I highly recommend and when I can afford to hire her firm again, this is who I want, again, in my corner. Also, with her, there's no such thing as a dumb question and trust me I'm sure I asked quite a few. I can tell she truly cares about her clients.

In the transparency of full disclosure, I haven't had the opportunity to hire Mr. Morton as council. However, he has been thorough and kind. He won't tell you what you want to hear, and even when he's been forward with me, or cannot answer my questions, he's respectful. I reflect on his words often.

Ms. Burguan's DEMAND LETTER was the very best that I have ever seen. It was precise in stating the Legal Code Sections, added all the necessary documents and attachments for my case against a bail bonds that is very likely committing fraud and extortion...I would recommend her and her co-partner and I am very PROUD of her. My results are not yet completed, but I am sure she will fight for my rights...Thank you Jessica !!! You are an inspiration to the legal field of law...:)
