Jonathon O'Steen was very professional with which to work. He was always prepared for meetings, and he kept a calm demeanor. His advice made sense, and he would respond to any questions with clarity. I appreciated that he would give me the time I needed for the legal process to make sense. I never felt rushed. Both my husband and I connected well with Jonathon, both professionally and personally as he has a warm receptive personality. I would recommend the O'Steen and Harrison law firm whole heartedly!

I was seriously injured as a result of a slip and fall in a municipal park. No one would take my case. On a recommendation from a friend of my brothers, I went to see Jon Osteen. My brother who is a retired attorney accompanied me. Jon met with us. He patiently listened to what happened. We showed him photographs and x-rays. He agreed to look into the matter. He discovered that according to statute one had to show extreme negligence in order to successfully pursue a judgment against the city of Phoenix. Mr. O'Steen continued to research the matter and found cases in point that would benefit our lawsuit. Upon further consultation he informed us of the risk we ran by filing a lawsuit against the city of Phoenix based upon previous cases. However, he had determined that there were sufficient elements of proof in my case that could prove to be victorious. Mr. O'Steen proceeded to file a lawsuit. For his diligence and perseverance and his accumulation of expert evidence, the city of Phoenix offered to settle in a substantial amount. It is our hope that as a result of this, the city of Phoenix will do something about this in their municipal park. I am eternally grateful to Mr. O'Steen and his staff in pursuing this matter.
