EXCEPTIONAL - EXCEPTIONAL - EXCEPTIONAL! SO glad I did the free consultation! I have a dear 83 year old friend, I'm his POA, and a Trustee on his Revocable Living Trust. My friend wanted to make changes to his Trust, some which were just complicated enough to cause me concern about whether his original Trust could be amended to accommodate those changes, and whether I'd legally be able to enforce those changes -- to make sure his last wishes are honored -- when he passes. Our free consultation with Andy Rahtz, was invaluable in helping sort out our concerns! I am SO grateful, for my friend's sake! Won once lost twice Go figure

If you want your money to be taken then hire these people! After stating numerous times this is the type of case they handle by Pete Westby we hired them. Mallory Powers was gather the information for Westby and we missed a deadline because they did not review our case timely. After stealing almost $5000 for reviewing documents they stated they cannot represent us! Don’t waste your time or money with this law firm. Will be reporting them to Bar Association. Nothing to discuss. I will not waste my time speaking to anyone in your firm.

I had some arguments with him, but it turned out that he was right in the end. He sincerely discusses questions about billing and tells you that lawsuit is sometimes not a good solution.
