Mr. Weston Montrose is an excellent attorney. He maintains excellent communications via phone and mail. His assistant and staff work very well with him to keep everything moving. He fights the insurance company to win or settle your claim to get the best benefits and compensation he can. I definitely recommend his services if you find yourself up against a workman's comp denial. Always remember to try to do everything per your companies policy when reporting claims. I injured my leg at work and my claim was denied. Briana took my case and after months of hard work my claim was accepted. Brianna was extremely caring and understanding. Briana Chua is an outstanding attorney. I was injured on the job December 2014. The school district I worked for argued I was not. She stood by me, working only on contingency for many months when the process could have gone either way and I was denied service by another attorney, she never gave up on my case. She was there for me every step of the way until my claim was finally approved August 2015, including: assisting me in filing/timelines, making sure I had the correct AZ Industrial Commission forms, coaching me prior to my deposition with the district attorney and stood by me throughout the two hour deposition. Nobody could ask for a more committed and professional attorney than Briana Chua. I would highly recommend her for any workman compensation case. She continues to assist me and has always gotten back to me when I had questions on the case.
