Eric Shapiro and his team were so kind and patient with me as their client. I was in an accident and my lower back was injured. I needed to receive some expensive medical treatment and Eric took the reins on my case and dealt with those insurance agents on my behalf. He is the voice for the voiceless victims and I truly felt like I was in good hands. He took care of everything. His communication and keeping me updated on events with the case are spectacular. My husband calls him The Wolf because he reminded us of a character in the movie Pulp Fiction. I am truly thankful to have someone like him on my side. Kris went above and beyond, he told me up front there will be a couple months where we will not communicate, but that is normal he got my DUI drop to a reckless.
