Atty Sandweg and his nurse practitioner Linda met with me about an issue that I currently have. Atty Sandweg was very informative and I really appreciated that. However, after making me wait for a year from my injury, and after 43 physical therapy sessions, Linda happily advised me that they would not be taking on my case. I was livid! I definitely would NOT recommend these two for any kind of injury case!

I've known John professionally for 20 years. I've consulted with him on several potential referrals for his firm, have consulted with him on insurance issues pertaining to my own law practice, and have hired him as primary counsel on behalf of a long time client. John is attentive, responsive and extremely capable. He is very good at evaluating personal injury cases, and will not sugar coat the facts or the likely outcome. He'll tell you if the case is a good one or not. Not everyone wants to hear that their case has weaknesses, and I'm sure that his unvarnished evaluation leaves some folks unsatisfied. They should go find a cheerleader, rather than a very bright and capable trial lawyer that will tell you what you need to hear. This is true whether you are a potential client or a lawyer that is looking to refer a case and in either case, if you want a fair evaluation. Hiring a lawyer is a serious matter, and you should know your case and understand that it may not be as good as you believe it is. I recommend that you listen to a lawyer who know what he is doing -- such as John Ager. His work is top notch and he gets great results that are right for the case. John Ager is highly recommended for these reasons. And besides, he's a great guy.

John is a highly skilled attorney and legal advocate. He is responsive and attentive, and he takes the time to listen and explain matters of law as he deftly shapes legal strategy. His staff was very personable and professional. If you're looking for a firm that treats its clients with the utmost respect and care, and worked very hard to make sure that we had winning results. Even though John is well known and respected as a trial attorney he was able to settle the case a lot sooner in mediation with the insurance company with a very satisfying outcome. We highly recommend this firm and would use them again if needed.

John, Linda, and the lady at the front desk are just the sweetest kindest people I have ever meet. I still have a long journey to go with them, but I wouldn't want any other attorney. They are always willing to answer any questions, and as much as I try not to take them away from working, they have always made sure to let me know to call anytime. Its nice to feel like I'm not bothering them. such a GREAT team!!!!

I must say the response to some of the negative reviews seem as though they are attacking the potential client and that there is no way possible that someone in their firm could possibly give poor service. 100 potential clients files for review is not a good excuse for not treating someone appropriately. The people forming complaints against them did not make it seem as though they were attacking the firm for not taking their case but rather complaining about the personal service they received. Instead of apologizing to the potential client they seem to make excuses and reassure others there in no way anyone received poor service and that their staff is 100% professional all the time. This is very discouraging, as I sit here and read through several reviews trying to find an attorney to take my case, as a hospitals malpractice changed my life and nearly killed me. It is a bad practice to not apologize and instead attack and or give excuses. Good and bad reviews are all helpful during ones search for a new attorney or any service for that matter. The good reviews on here though, do make it seem as though this law firm potentially is a decent law firm to review my case. I would not be mad if they said my case was not a case for them and it would not make me give a poor review, but the treatment I receive will certainly make me review the again. Sandweg & Ager are excellent attorneys, I would recommend them to anyone. They took my case and got me more money then I expected. All my questions and concerns were answered in timely manner. If you have a medical malpractice or Insurance claim, I would definitely recommend Sandweg and Ager.

Their good communication and knowledge of the facts was outstanding. They were able to obtain for me a good result for which I am forever thankful.

Linda is extremely unprofessional & Rude! I asked to see her, sit down & review the data I had given her. She would not even sit down at the table! Asked what I didn't understand about getting everything regarding my case?!!! I was dumbfounded! I asked for a copy of something, she said I don't have it....I said Yes you do! She stomped out, came back & gave me things I previously gave her! I asked don't you need these? She said NO...turned around, stomped out, said will call you!!! Today, I received all of my data, with a "reject" computer letter! LINDA needs to go!!

John Ager is an amazing man. He took my littler girls case with such hope and excitement that I could't help but be grateful to him, his partner and his staff. I worked with Mr. Ager for just under 3 years, he watched my 6 month old grow into a happy healthy 3 year old and he had become a staple in my home. Although our outcome wasn't what we had hoped or even could have foreseen, I don't think i could have picked anyone better to speak for my girl. He gave her a voice when she had none. we are forever grateful for Mr. Ager.
