Spoke to an intake person who was very short, provided very little details, and then was not helpful in any way to find out alternative options for getting the required information. EDIT: Unfortunately you did NOT tell me that you could not help me. You told me I needed a certain document and when I attempted to get recommendations for how to get that document other than from my knee surgeon, none were given. I asked for local places that could help, and no recommendations were given. The intake person just kept repeating the knee doc. So please be honest in your response to reviews. Again, I was never told I couldn't be helped. Your person just refused to provide any resources to get what was required.

All the professionals at this firm were so polite and knowledgeable. They responded in a very timely manner and answered all my questions every time. My outcome was favorable and they were great!

It took some time but it was getting a hearing scheduled with the Judge, But I won my case thanks to DAA they kept in contact and got all my paperwork from the Doctors and I also kept in contact with them about all my appointments. It doesn't happen overnight it has to do with the schedule of the Judge and how many cases he has but I couldn't be happier Thanks to Kiel and all his staff.
