Andrew is real af! He talks to you like a human, tells you what the reality is, and helps you with what the court wants. He's a real guy! Ex marine, ex laborer in the pipeline,...and he actually wants to HELP YOU! He's not just in it for himself, he is what you would WANT when you are forced to hire a lawyer because nobody WANTS to have to hire a lawyer, but I'm glad I found him!

We were recommended to go to Rack Law from a friend of a friend and I am honestly so happy that we decided to go this route. They made a very stressful time in our life so much easier. Throughout our communications with them during our case I was impressed by how competent and knowledgeable they were. Highly highly recommend!

We had gotten into a car accident and were referred to Rack Law Group by a friend. They immediately started the process and were extremely friendly and I felt a warm welcome by the staff. They took care of everything and constantly checked on my status and the entire time they were one step ahead. I’ve never been into a car accident and the way Rack Law Group has treated me I would not only recommend them my family and friends but to everyone. I received my settlement and besides my daughter being born I have not been this surprised in my entire life. I honestly do not have enough words to describe how incredibly well this team handled my case. Not only did I walk away with way more than I expected, but throughout the entire process, they made me feel like I mattered. I didn't feel like just another number or client. I felt like an actual person to them with real problems that needed to be fixed. They were caring, genuine, and most of all, they were extremely honest and straightforward. There was no fluffing or fine print. They just came in with facts and got things done. They also took all the stress of being involved in a lawsuit away so most of the time, I forgot it was even happening until they called me with updates. While I hope I never have to use lawyers again, if I needed to, these guys would be the first people I would call!

I reached out for a consultation. The girl called me back a few hours later. Basically asked me a few questions and then said oh that’s not going to work. With a little more prying, she said oh well you can go to the doctor and get a note and then come back to us. Again I asked questions like what does the note need to say. It was like pulling teeth to get info out of her. They don’t seem to want new clients. I’ll be going elsewhere.

My wife has MS.and used this lawfirm. They were what I'd say as unengaged in obtaining medical records from doctors and also arguing the doctors opinions in the court proceedings. They basically left the entire case up to chance. There was so much evidence they never submitted. Medical records and opinions of the doctors who actually are my wife's doctors were not .even put into evidence. Also during the two and a half year period that this case played out her disease progressed very rapidly. We never received any call from the attorney at all. It was always us that called and needed to call repeatedly before getting a return call. Return calls were not from the attorney himself but from a secretary. Evidence from these doctor visits were requested by the court but were never received or argued in court. We also were not told we needed these records as our had said that he had obtained evto argue the case. We did not discover this until we received the explanation of the judges denial in the mail. This man wasted over 2 years of our lives to do a shoddy job, with little to no effort. While lying, with positivity, that everything was being handled. His reputation mat be great, he may have the most stars, but what if your the neglected , but lied to, client like us. Even one client like our experience should be enough to keep scrolling. Dont leave your case to chance. His junior staff doesn't catch it hKiel doesn't know about it. So Kiel is really not your attorney, a staffer is.

Kyle and Peter waisted 3 years of my life to get me 0 results very disappointed in the law firm Kyle came highly recommended from my friend and I got 0 results and I hv heart ❤ problems and mental health problems and I have a paper trail of records and got denied 4 times major disappointment 😞 this firm let me down I'm very disappointed in 3 years only spoke to Kyle 1 times go elsewhere for a firm trust in my words 😢😞😔😕🙏💔😢😞😔😕
