The lady I spoke to was short, rude, seemed bothered to be there taking my call, and uninterested. My intake call took 10 minutes, and midsentence she placed me on hold without warning/saying anything, and came back not a minute later to say she discussed with an attorney and they can't help me. When I asked for more information, she contradicted what the disability case manager said and had no further information.
