Guessing other reviews are from friends/family! We met with this attorney (Mr. Combs) to discuss our options for pursuing legal action against our builder. I thought he was drunk, my husband thought he was just old and had lost his spunk. He simply wasn’t present. He also wasn’t interested in taking on a large builder, regardless of it being a fantastic case. Our builder has proved that they delivered a house with a MAJOR plumbing issue and have failed to fix it, despite knowing about the issue.This attorney simply said “new home builders are well protected so you can’t do anything”. His paralegal appeared to disagree and did make a legit attempt at explaining to him what we were saying and asking - he just wasn’t present. Unfortunately, he only wanted to focus on the fact we were dealing with a large home builder. He finally said to get other people (there are a number of us) to file with us and he would help. Biggest waste of $250 we’ve spent. He seems to be the only one with this opinion.
