I had a horrible time working with Katie Stapleton during my divorce. There were many miscommunications and I frequently had to follow up on unanswered emails. My ex forwarded an email from his attorney showing where Katie misrepresented what I said to his attorney. I wasted thousands on an incompetent attorney. I wish I saw all of these reviews before I chose this firm 8 months ago. I have since transferred to another firm.

Words cannot explain how extremely appreciative I am to Sean Cambell, He had provided excellent service he’s been wonderful. I’ve had many experiences with other law firms however this team has been very hands on and comprehensive. I can’t tell you what to do but I would definitely Choose Sean Cambell to represent my children and I every time.

Sean was my attorney and he is professional, kind, and such an amazing person. He was there to help me fight for my daughter. He has your best interest at heart.

Worked with katie Stapleton for an emergency temporary orders hearing. We met and prepped over zoom calls. When it was time for court, I had to print out HUNDREDS of exhibit pages so I didn’t show up to my hearing feeling unprepared. She didn’t prep any of this for me. I didn’t want to annoy the judge during my hearing trying to scroll through exhibits on a screen so I printed it myself. To make it worse, katie didn’t appear on camera for my hearing! Wtf!!! No mention to me at any point in our prep that she would not be appearing with me. I had to sit on camera alone and face my ex husband and his attorney and the judge. ALONE. What am I actually paying for?! It was the worst experience ever and extremely uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. I had to obtain an order of protection for my children in which Katie did not know the procedure for. She billed me to ghost write something for me for the OP and left out literally the two most crucial pieces of evidence and the main reasons why the OP was necessary! Of course she billed me for everything and all the time it took her to improperly advise me! How scary to be working with an attorney that isn’t sure of the law. I had to call her to explain what happened at the courthouse and how she advised me wrong and of course she billed me for that too! Haha! So I paid to explain to Katie how the law works but whatever! So basically I paid for things I didn’t need or couldn’t use and her actions cost me tremendously. And it cost my kids too. My children are counting on me and this experience was flat out not good enough. I don’t know how she passed the bar or why she chose to be an attorney but I would not risk anything with this attorney. Hire someone who is passionate about the law and not concerned with her nose ring and her finger nails.

I sincerely do not have the words to express how grateful I am to have found this Law Firm. Shannon and Daniel have fought for my children and me with incredible passion. Although divorce is still one of the most difficult challenges I have ever faced in my life. Daniel and Shannon have helped me every step of the way. They are always available for questions and have taught me how to feel more empowered with what protections I have within the legal system. They have been very fair with their legal fees and I feel confident that they work efficiently to keep costs low. I recommend this law firm 100%! Divorce sucks!!!! But this Law Firm will help you not feel alone.

I hired Hutto law to file for custody of my kids, they did that and gave me great advice along the way. They where polite and professional, and do what they say they are going to do. The owner is personable and down to earth, he will call you and handle anything that may need his attention! I would recommend them.

They worked hard on my case. Not only did they take care of my case, they took care of me. The talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable with everything before initiating. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever need legal services again, for me there is no other team.

Not only did I waste time and money, but my child was put in an even worse situation based on this firms actions. After no one from their firm was able to correct a major error on their end that has irreparably damaged our family, they are withdrawing services and leaving us with massive debt, an open emergency case, and zero representation.
