Want to give them 5 stars. They helped me with my divorce cost about $7-$8k for my part , my ex paid her own lawyer, prob close to the same, an pretty amicable divorce. I was frustrated at first but they wrapped it up in about 4-5 months, if I remember correctly…. I got angry but in the end I was very satisfied. John helped me and he did a good job. Thank you guys. Sorry for getting angry. You took care of me. And I’ll recommend you to everyone.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Do NOT trust! They will ripe you off! We went in with a trust account per contract of their office that must be at $5g at all times yet when my case went on hold and I was only $500-$1000 low on my account and I have the emails proving it and somehow while on hold my trust account went from me owing $500-$1000 to only having $600 in my account and billing staff asking for $4,000 more after we already had paid $10,500 for only a quarter of a custody case done.! Do NOT trust now we are stick with nothing even filed on our custody case and out almost $11,000! They will take your money! I do know facts ut is more the staff that is the problem and not really the lawkawyers other then they are ok with them riping people off!

I chose this firm primarily because of the reviews. It seemed everyone had great experiences- I did my initial consultation with Shannon and she really seemed like she cared about my case. I was not informed that I would actually be represented instead by Annabelle until after I had paid my retainer. I was limited in funds to fight my case, and they were blown through on trivial things before getting to trial. With $6500 the only substantial things accomplished were getting an RMC and a trial set. Annabelle seemed unprepared for the RMC, beginning most of her sentences with “uhhh, umm, well” and long pauses that gave the impression of being uncertain of herself. She also was looking at a different computer monitor the entire time of our video conference with opposing counsel and the judge (may have had her webcam mounted in a place different than the video projection screen) but it gave the impression that she was distracted or working on something else- especially based on her long delays, unsure speech, and failure to bring up several relevant case facts that may have ultimately led to a different reaction from the judge if utilized. She did not prepare me for the possibility that the judge would see it differently.did not come prepared with any type of alternative argument, and when it was clear we were not going to win she still wanted to use the same tactic to attempt to overturn a stipulation already in place, rather than suggesting we work within the realm of things we can still change. All I want is 50/50 time with my kids- which is still possible even with the stipulation in place. But Annabelle did not seem to be much of an out of the box problem solver- her pattern was very rigid and linear and set me up to fail. It seemed like she told me what I wanted to hear- she agrees and I’m right- but I felt like I was strung along and I now have to take out a personal loan and find a new attorney to pick up my case because I lost confidence in Annabelle’s ability to handle this case. I’m giving two stars because I was disappointed in the preparedness, honesty/transparency, problem solving skills and ability to adapt to overcome objection- but I did receive responses in a timely manner when I asked a direct question or submitted evidence, and they were easy enough to talk to.

Retaining Daniel Hutto Law was one of the greatest decisions of my life. They have an amazing team that not only works hard on your case but they are very aggressive. Lexi was my attorney and left no stone unturned. The communication and compassion she has for her clients is amazing. She is and was truly a blessing to my family and I. She is amazing at her job and is very thorough. One of the most talented and aggressive attorneys out there. She will fight so hard for you. Chelsea was always there to answer questions when I needed. She has great communication skills and makes you feel like a priority. She was so informative about the processes and always followed up quickly. Her and Lexi were literally the dream team! Sean was another attorney that worked on my case. He is very knowledgeable and a highly experienced attorney. Sean specializes in certain family law matters and is very aggressive as well. He was very informative and helpful. You get your money’s worth by retaining this law firm. I promise, you won’t regret it. They are not only amazing at their job but they actually care about their clients and think of you first. Where do I even begin? I was referred to Daniel Hutto’s office by a friend who is an attorney, and I think that alone speaks volumes about the type of work this law office performs. I entered this custody situation without knowing what to expect and would lie ahead. I was lucky enough to work with Annabelle Abel, who is so incredible on many levels. She is professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, sharp-witted, and methodical. Going through a custody battle is hands down the most stressful thing I have ever dealt with, and what meant almost as much as her professional legal qualities was how she treated me as a person. If I didn't know better, which I do, I would have thought I was her only client because of how responsive she was and how she treated me. She always took the time to hear me out and truly listen to me. This isn't a quality simply taught in law school; it's who Annabelle is as a person, and I am forever grateful for that. She explained to me what to expect, the next steps, and was honest with me by setting realistic expectations. I'm the kind of person who needs to know not only what we are doing but why we are doing it and she was a perfect fit for me. I owe the positive outcome of our case, which went to trial twice and lasted over a year, to Annabelle and her team. I hope that no one ever has to go through the same thing we have dealt with, but if they do, I would recommend this office and Annabelle in a heartbeat.

Sean Campbell is amazing! I was caught off guard when my resolution management conference was changed to an evidentiary hearing without knowing. He was on top of it and had the opposing attorney on his heels! Definitely an attorney you want in your corner! 5 Stars!

I hired John Carbone from this Law Firm to help me in a modification of Parenting time for my 10 year old daughter. I have been try to prove to the court for three years that my daughter needed to be with me more for her physical and mental safety. With no past suitable outcome until I hired John Carbone from Daniel Hutto Law Firm. With John's expertise and hard work I now have been awarded by the court my daughter full time with her dad having daytime visits and only a couple of days a week. This has been a game changer in my daughter's over all quality of life and I and so thankful to John Carbone and his wonderful team at this Law Firm. I'm so grateful!
