As I prepared to entire the government run social security system, I cannot lie I was intimidated and terrified that my health and life would be put in the hands of a bloated, slow to react and even slower to correct, system. Roeschke Law made my foray into the underbelly of the beast tremendously easy. Not only did they handle all of the SSDI paperwork and the endless requests for more information they called us anytime there was something being changed in my petition. But the kicker for me was when my lawyer, realizing that my TBI would prevent my return to work ever, contacted the courts and got me on some sort of fast track. Normal processing time for an SSDI petition is 14-36 months. Mine was done in two. Gone was the fear of losing my house and not being able to afford the $30,000 a month in prescription medicines. God bless these people for what the due for the little guy.
