It's been several years since I had to use Jim, but all I can say is there is literally no one better :) If you think that some miracle can come along and take you out of your circumstances stop praying and call Jim. I owe him everything, I'd have lost my job like most, lost everything I owned, lost everything I know. But from a lot of research and prayers I met Jim. And that was that. Nothing sort of a miracle. And what's crazy is I referred my best friends nephew to him with even more severe and worse circumstances than I faced and he preformed another miracle for him as well. I honestly know he has a God given talent and if it's just you against the world and you got one call to make, than you sure as hell better call Jim E. Simpson. This guy is not like other high priced attorney's that send the bell boys with no idea what your facing to fight for you in court. He'll come in person with all his God gifted powers, knowledge and research and will bring you nothing short of a miracle . He's the best! #1 and worth every cent he charges!! James was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in his skills and my case. He was able to turn the "worse case" scenario into the "best case" scenario and dramatically had my charges reduced. My Spouse was looking at a few years in jail for multiple DUI's. We met with Jim Simpson to review what his previous lawyer wanted for the plea. This meant my husband would have to shut down his family business he runs if he took the plea and we would lose everything. Jim Simpson assured us that he could get a plea that would work in our situation and he delivered on that promise!! After the sentencing he has also been there for questions, helping with motions to reduce fines, jail time and also helping with probation options. He is the guy you want on your side!!

From the beginning Jim was very straight-forward about drawbacks and possibilities without sugar-coating potential problems. What impressed me the most from the start was Jim's concern about me as a fellow human being, and not just another client. His thoughtful effort in making sure I always understood how we were doing, and also that I felt OK about the situation and the potential outcomes made a world of difference to me. Being my case somewhat difficult, and having come out with much less than the minimum penalty for these charges, I'd highly recommend Jim as the attorney to hire if you ever see yourself in such a dire situation.

I was charged with a DUI and did not know where to turn and who to trust. I interviewed with a number of attorneys and when I met with James I knew that he was the one I wanted to work with. He knew my goals and how to best achieve them. I was a standard DUI case, it was my first ever criminal charge. James answered all of my questions and kept me totally in the loop of what was going on. I had done everything wrong in terms of dealing with the officer when I was pulled over, I submitted to field testing, admitted to drinking prior in the evening, etc. I thought for sure I was a goner and going to get the standard day jail time, interlock, lose my license for a period of time. James was able to get me a plea down to a reckless driving misdemeanor (which I plan to try and get "Set Aside" in the near future and off my record hopefully). I got out of the criminal case at my first pre-trial hearing. Paying only a few hundred dollar fine, and now only a reckless driving on my history which is much less serious than a DUI. When it came to the MVD civil case (which is much harder to dodge than the criminal case), the MVD made a number of mistakes in scheduling and the judge and arresting officer were not on time to my hearing. James used this to our advantage and negotiated my MVD civil case to be DROPPED! That meant no license suspension whatsoever. I could not have asked for more. I am so glad that I decided to go with James and I would recommend him to anyone who is facing a DUI charge. I believe the fact that he was previously a prosecutor really helped, he knew exactly what to say and do. Please contact him if you are in a similar situation, you will not be disappointed.
