I had a legal problem recently, (in the last 7 days). I found David Degnan Law Group by doing a search for help to resolve my dilemma. Both David and Cassandra promptly returned my call. I believe my problem has been resolved, or at least I have been given a direction in which to proceed. I can hardly thank these people enough for helping me, and would recommend anyone with a legal issue to speak with them 1st. Again, I can hardly thank them enough :)

Mr. Degnan personally provided the necessary steps to accomplish my objectives. He focuses on the reality and details of your issues and provides recommendations on how to move forward to achieve your objectives. Many law firms have legal assistants who screen calls to ascertain information prior to you speaking to their lawyers for advice. You must ask yourself, when speaking to a legal assistant, did he/she get all of your thoughts and concerns correct? Mr. Degnan does not screen his calls. He personally interviews you. It is up to a competent lawyer, like Dr. Degnan, to listen to your issues and interpret how the laws apply to your case. A majority of laws are gray in nature. Mr. Degnan conveys the terms in black and white. You need to know, in advance, whether you have sufficient information to support your case. Please consider to contact him, as he will shed the best light in your favor. It is important to know the cost and benefits prior to pursing a legal action. Don't be afraid of asking him. He will answer every question and concern that you have.

Imagine that you are a real estate broker and your father passes away. You are working through several probate tasks, trying to deal with grief and you own your own business. Your father gifts you his house as your inheritance. Your brother has come out to do many tasks and decides to come for the final task to decide what you keep as family heirlooms, pictures, etc. Before you are able to go through the house, two criminals pose as your father, send an email to Zillow and a few realtors from My Home Group and contractors work with the two criminals to sell his house to Zillow, clean out the house (find one of Zillow's contractors called K10 selling his personal things online). Fidelity National Title is the title company. There is a police report and you feel it is a no-brainer -- you will get the house back. WRONG! My little family is up against three very large companies (Fidelity is one of the top three title companies in the United States). You run to an attorney and the attorney puts a lis pendens on the house, but then tells you he is not sure he can get the house back. REALLY? So, you start searching for another attorney and call one of the best attorneys in town (who doesn't specialize in this type of a case) to ask him who he would use. He replies "Dave Degnan". You walk in to meet Dave Degnan and he explains your case on a white board with all the documentation spread out in front of us. He rattled off laws by number and knew statutes forward and back. Then says . . . I will get your house back. As a broker with a strong relationship with First American Title (also one of the top three title companies in the U.S.), I was getting some great advice, tell the person what my new attorney is planning and the guy says "That is brilliant". As Zillow and Fidelity are calling our probate attorney trying desperately to get me to sell them the house, Dave puts his plan into action and the estate had the house back 18 days later. Dave Degnan is a fierce negotiator. I promise you there is no one better. I hope to never need an attorney again. But, if I do, Dave will be the call I make. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Brilliant, honest, dependable, the best!

David was kind, knowledgeable, to the point and ethical in dealing with the issue we reached out to Degnan Law for. The office staff was responsive and they truly make you feel like your time is valuable. I would highly recommend them!

Without explanation, staff turnover left me for three weeks without email responses, acknowledgments or contact. Not a good experience.

He wasn't really prepared for our meeting and wasn't very knowledgeable regarding our HOA situation. Still needed help and so glad we went to Bainbridge.

Dave handled a complex , difficult, joint venture partnership dispute. He is a very good lawyer, but just before arbitration, he made the mistake, of turning the 2 year old case, he handled, since day one, over to a co worker. The new lawyer cast too broad a net, and could not prove the things he was going after. We lost the case, I lost my $50-60 k in attorneys fees. I was telling them the whole time, only go after the breach of signed mediation agreement. And the defendants failure to review tax returns, which we both signed and agreed to in mediation. Which was why Dave took the case, as it was an easy win. The co worker went after that, but also went after unprovable hidden potential profits, off other jobs. We lost because he did this against my advice. I knew the case, the former mediator, I lived it for years. You hire a lawyer to win, and get your lawyers fees paid. The 8 hour arbitration, felt like I was in the passenger seat, of a airline pilot. On his third flight, in strong winds. Vs if Dave degnan had saw the case through, he would have listened to me, to forget going after possible buried treasure, that I said from day one, was nickel and dime stuff, to not do.we would have won, and I would have been paid my attorney fees.vs having to pay mine and the $15 k of the defendant. I own 3 businesses, and am 60 years old. I am no stranger having to hire a lawyer. This was the third arbitration in 30 years. I won the other 2.

Not only is Dave just an amazing person to work with he is also very detailed oriented and knowledgeable! We have referred him to our clients on more than one occasion and everyone has had nothing but great things to say about him.
