I have never had the need to hire a lawyer nor did I ever think I would need to. Life is full of surprises though, so recently when my former employer and I had a complex issue I felt was unfair, I was at a complete loss of what to do or how to look at this situation. I wanted justice for all, including my former employer as I was dedicated to and had passion for the company and put many years and my heart into the work. I felt hopeless, but when Ghislaine answered the phone as I was trying multiple firms to just ask a few basic questions, Ghislaine was the only of all the firms I called who responded with any compassion, along with this amazing sincerity and genuine goodness which she simply exudes. It felt like I went back in time 20 years ago to the my Aunt came to my aid in a state away from where was my family was while attending boarding school and gave me this huge hug and said everything would be okay. I was in a similar hopeless, lost and confused state. She didn't sell me on booking a consultation, she didn't have to. I knew after speaking with her and the comfort she provided without knowing details of my situation only my intention, it gave me the confidence in what God assured me of in my heart. I was doing the right thing and if anyone could help me these people could. I took the risk and spent the money on the consultation, basically I looked at it as a $300 lottery ticket. This was during the very short last minute waiting period before the time came where I had to submit this life changing decision to employer, in a brand new state I just moved to sold my life for. I hoped for the best. When Mr. Randall and I had our consultation, the result was equal to the confidence Ghislaine provided me, but more like an Uncle giving me a talk on the realities of life while fishing. He presented what he had seen, what he expected with the details I gave during our discussion, the reality of my situation based on the experience he had in his many years of practice, best case scenario to worst case scenario, and his advice on how to choose if what path would be the right one to go down based upon the amount of risk and what my expectations would be. Each path had it's price, an uncomfortably component, and an element of unknown. On top of that, all these collective paths had a potential to lead to the same detrimental end of losing it all and destroying my life. It was a heavy decision I had to make. With the advice and information provided by Mr. Randall, the integrity I had, realistic expectations and not seeing it as an opportunity to gain excess to what was fair for all involved, I choose to move forward and see how my employer responded. Mr. Randall negotiated on my behalf, he communicated with me the entire time to make sure I was aware of everything and informed during the process, and the result was exactly what I had hoped for and the best case scenario. Calling him was the best decision I have ever made. He charged me an extremely fair rate for the whole thing, did an absolutely amazing job, and I will recommend him over and over and over. The best part of all this and I thought was such a awesome thing he did was when it was all said and done on our last conversation - he told me that his wife had similar feelings when they came to Phoenix and she wasn't sure if she liked it or not but years later she absolutely loves it here and told me to hang in and give it a chance and explore it was just really sweet and I will never forget it. I cannot thank this law firm enough nor explain my gratitude for everything they did for me. If I could give 1000 stars I would.

The company I work for recommended me to contact Sam to get his advice and recommendations for my immigration situation and he was very clear with me about my options and I decided to hire him to start the green card process for all my family. He explained to me with all details and patience what was the scope of his work and what wasn’t. He always supported us when difficult situations were present and followed up with us until the resolution. When we got the appointment notice for the final interview we asked Sam to go with us since we had that option, and I’m glad he went with us because of his intervention we were able to sort out a “not so easy” situation regarding the medical exams dates. Sam Randall and his team represented me in a highly professional manner and did so through the entire process due to wrongful termination by my employer. The initial fact finding meeting was informative and with no pressure at all. That helped me make the decision to go with Mr. Randall. After I decided to use his firm, he and his staff kept me informed every step of the way. He or one of his staff were always responsive to my phone calls and or emails. I didn’t have an easy matter to deal with but Mr. Randall knew exactly how to ease the right thoughts and opinions in. If you have your own thoughts or opinions, they listen and then suggest resolution based on their legal experience. No issues at all. Certainly First Class!!! I have referred him to several other friends in need. Will certainly use Randall Law should we have a need in the future!!

Mr. Randall was great in the beginning of assisting with my case until it was like pulling teeth in attempting to get any contact from him. He was a great attorney in the beginning but I was not fully satisfied during the process.
