very rude, didn't explain the case at all. received a call from them on friday at 4:30pm telling me the fine for the ticket is late and we would pay the late fee and if it's not paid today the court will suspend your license ( what ticket?? what fine?? where did fine originate????) their answer to every question was we will have the attorney call you back, they were nice enough to tell me not to drive if I got a letter from the mvd that my license is suspended. representing yourself would cause much less headache and the same outcome if not better

He handle a case for me he was shady to say the least. I would not recommend him to my friends nor use him again.

I had a fail to enter port of entry citation in arizona they didn't even reduce the fine even its going on my record they charge me $ 500 attorny fee and the court fine was $ 1530 😔

I will say the staff were professional and courteous however they were unable to do anything for me except take $550 from me

Could not beat a searbelt ticket and they knew it. Though, it was not about paying the ticket it was how to avoid the points showing causing job loss. Might as well have represented myself...if you are unfamiliar with how to help then have some integrity and just don't take my money especially, when I could of done a better job representing myself to the judge for my piece of mind. Prior to the court hearing I paid and never heard from anyone 3 weeks despite phone calls to inquire what they are doing. Never got a call back, proceeded to the court date only found out a hearing was reset 2 weeks later. No one from the firm bothered to call me to tell me about the hearing, how things worked or who was the lawyer. Waste of time and a time off of work. Finally asks for a statement a couple of days before the hearing. The paralegal/lawyer showed , bragging about being so great , tried over 200 to 300 cases , tells me to sit outside the courtroom to not have the motorcycle cop id me as his tactic. Seems like he just didn't want an audience to watch him lose, cause that is exactly what happened. Of course no gurantees , but he tried to convince me that we should appeal on a technicality for $2,500. Gtfoh If I could give a 0 star I would.

UPDATED REVIEW; after receiving a voicemail from Sharon who doesn't have an employee ID or ID# to reference her she decided to yell at me because she cant control her emotions and speak normally. If you arent at fault Sharon why are you getting so upset? I honestly feel so bad for these employees. They must have such a terrible job that they cant control their emotions or what they say as a professionals. Maybe they weren't ever trained in customer service. Its seriously so sad how unprofessional they are. I started out my complaint via email per their request and havent heard anything for months, was never issued anything about updating my address and had no reason to as I was communicating through email. I moved in between the long process that took to get a decision, i even followed up two months ago with no decision still and then just get a letter sent out with no regard to where they were sending it with a time restraint of 10days. I asked her just to use my objection that was submitted 3days ago and she hung up on me. I guess she got sick of talking over me. I guess" its not your fault Sharon, i guess your office doesnt know how to render good customer service. I filed a complaint which has taken months to even get a response back Rebecca Nicole Kennelly,regarding my case. When I call to follow up with Rebecca Nicole Kennelly, Bar Counsel she refuses to discuss the claim with me she cant answer my questions and cant even give me a reason as to how they came out with the result but does notice fault on my ex attorneys behalf???Will be filing an appeal through my attorney as she cant be professional enough to even disclose that.Terrible service
