I am a professional driver and all road infractions, moving or nonmoving, whether in a commercial vehicle or a personal vehicle are recorded. I resigned myself to having to at best pay a fine of some sort. The Outcome =" DISMISSED" (On some legal technicality Ms.Patel was sharp enough to catch during the trial) To me, That's a. "NO HITTER.
