We had gotten into a car accident and were referred to Rack Law Group by a friend. They immediately started the process and were extremely friendly and I felt a warm welcome by the staff. They took care of everything and constantly checked on my status and the entire time they were one step ahead. I’ve never been into a car accident and the way Rack Law Group has treated me I would not only recommend them my family and friends but to everyone. I received my settlement and besides my daughter being born I have not been this surprised in my entire life. If I could repeat something in my life it would be to contact Rack Law Group following any accident. The whole staff and Adam were amazing !!!!

This was our first time going to Rack Law Group and we were more than happy with our settlement we received. I honestly do not have enough words to describe how incredibly well this team handled my case. Not only did I walk away with way more than I expected, but throughout the entire process, they made me feel like I mattered. I didn't feel like just another number or client. I felt like an actual person to them with real problems that needed to be fixed. They were caring, genuine, and most of all, they were extremely honest and straightforward. There was no fluffing or fine print. They just came in with facts and got things done. They also took all the stress of being involved in a lawsuit away so most of the time, I forgot it was even happening until they called me with updates. While I hope I never have to use lawyers again, if I needed to, these guys would be the first people I would call!

One thing I never expected to find in a law firm is someone who was as deeply committed to my case and its outcome as I was. Andrew really showed so much patience and compassion while also being what I would call an absolute Bulldog during negotiations which worked out heavily to my advantage. Honestly I don't think many lawyers, especially criminal defense ones, would have have put in the amount of time and effort I saw from Rising Phoenix. When you need someone who will listen to you and make solid decisions based on your individual case, Andrew didn't let me down, I know he won't let you down either.

Mr. Andrew Long successfully defended  me against three fictitious charges made by the Tolleson Municipal Court: 1. Leaving the scene of an accident, 2. Criminal destruction of property and, 3. Didorderly Conduct Mr Long reviewed the statements of the purported victim, her witness and a dash cam video finding misrepresentations and inconsistencies. During the 5 months case duration he negotiated with the prosecutor, interacted with my insurance company and appeared in court on my behalf. His efforts resulted in a diversion and dismissal. Mr. Long's service and availability was outstanding. He quickly responded to my calls,  texts and emails and immediately notified  me of case events. I highly recommend Mr Long.
